Annual visits as standard
We don't service by post. We visit your property every year for a full system check - sensors, sounder, panel, batteries and certificate.
Remote support between visits
For compatible systems, we log in remotely every six months to check diagnostics and run a soft service - no call-out charge.

Anything not answered here - just call us. We'd rather talk than have you wonder.

No. With our Sussex office based in Petworth, we're local to the area. Surveys, installations and annual servicing are all priced the same as our London work. No hidden extras.
For many faults we can diagnose and resolve remotely - often within hours. For issues that require a visit, our Petworth office means we're close by. In an emergency we'll always do our best to get to you as fast as possible.
Yes - system takeovers are a significant part of our work. As long as we can get access to the panel and the system is using common equipment, we can re-code, service and take on maintenance of your existing alarm.
We occasionally work in other Home Counties areas for existing clients or strong referrals. It's worth calling us - we won't say no without a good reason. If we genuinely can't help, we'll tell you honestly and point you towards someone we trust.
